HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIPS: A Household Membership is defined as any two adults living at same residence plus dependents ages 23 or under who live at same residence. All children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by their parent at all times within the Club unless they are in the child care area or in another club-sponsored or supervised activity.

Facility Punch Cards
Perfect for individuals looking to sign up without a long-term contract. Take advantage of our facility punch card that allows access to EastSide Centre and all its fitness offerings. Facility punch cards are $50 for 10 visits with a bonus 11th visit for free! All punch cards expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
Membership Through Insurance
EastSide Centre accepts memberships offered through multiple insurance providers that offer FREE gym passes for those who regularly work out at a fitness center. EastSide Centre proudly partners with SilverSneakers, Renew Active, Silver & Fit, Well Care and Active & Fit.
All these options are available at our facility depending on your insurance provider. All these memberships grant you FULL ACCESS to our facility including workout areas and machines, all group exercise classes, pickleball, indoor/outdoor walking track, sports courts (when available), and locker rooms.

Insurance Partners Details
SilverSneakers Fitness program is an innovative program offered through participating health plans that gives you the freedom to get fit your way. SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program that’s specifically aimed at adults ages 65 and older.
Renew Active by United Healthcare is a fitness program designed with the goal of helping Medicare members reach fitness goals and stimulate their brains The program is available with select United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plans and includes a membership at a fitness location at no extra cost.
Silver & Fit Healthy Aging and Exercise Program is offered to eligible Medicare Advantage/Supplement beneficiaries and group retirees. It can help you improve the quality of your life. As a Silver & Fit member you will get to work out more, meet new friends and be more social. This program may include fitness center membership.
Well Care provides managed care services through Medicaid, Medicare Advantage plans. Also, some companies offer Well Care to their employees.
